Aerotech's RMS-38/360-1320 Forward Seal Disc

Aerotech now recommends using their aluminum 38mm forward seal disk for use with reload kits equipped with a phenolic liner. Any 38/360 reload with a cardboard liner should use the fiber disk included with the reload, but Aerotech changed some motors to use a phenolic liner and a forward seal disk in late 2021. You'll find cardboard liners on all 38/360 motors manufactured before late 2021, and some motors manufactured after late 2021. Use the fiber insulator disk with these cardboard liner reloads (typically the cardboard is white). Use this aluminum forward seal disk for reloads that ship with a phenolic (typically darker and stiffer material) liner.
