Rocketry Works id committed to customer happiness! Just let us know if you have a problem with any Rocketry Works order.
Generally speaking, Rocketry Works accepts returns on several different types of problems:
- We'll replace items damaged in transit, but please provide photographs of the damaged packaging and of the damaged merchandise so we can file a claim with the carrier
- We'll replace or refund items that don't meet your expectations within 30 days of your order. You can file a return request from your Order History. Items must be in unopened, resellable condition.
- We'll use our discounted shipping rates to save you money on the return and email you a return label.
- If the reason for the return was within our control (mis-shippment, inaccurate product description, etc.), we'll cover the shipping.
- If the reason for the return was outside of our control (you changed your mind, the product doesn't meet your expectations, or didn't read the product description fully, etc.), we'll deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund when we receive the returned merchandise.
- Depending on the circumstances of your return, Rocketry Works may cover return shipping.
