Quick-Cure 5 Minute Epoxy

BSI's Quick-Cure™ Epoxy is is a fast curing epoxy with a brief 5 minute working time. It sets up quickly, which is great for applications that do not require a large area to be applied at once.  Its rated bond strength after its 15 minute full cure time is 3,500 PSI, which is good for many applications, though not as strong as slower curing epoxies.  It is not suitable for environments with sustained water imersion--again, for those applications, you'll want to use BSI's Mid-Cure™ or Slow-Cure™ epoxies for their superior strength and waterproof nature.

Quick-Cure™ will cure in temperatures as low as 40 degrees Fahrenheit, but you may see slower cure times at lower temperatures. Likewise, you may see faster cure times at temperatures above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Always apply epoxy to clean, textured surfaces. Sand and clean any smooth, non-porous surfaces like plastic or fiberglass before applying epoxy, or the epoxy may not bond adequately to the smooth surface. Isopropyl alcohol is an excellent solvent to clean any areas with uncured epoxy, but once this epoxy hardens, a Dremmel or other power tool is likely the only way you'll remove it effectively.
