Rocketry Works' blast deflector mount works with both Rocketry Works and Estes blast deflectors, and it features a flared top to keep rockets off the blast deflector plate while on the pad. While the PLA material used in its construction resists the heat of many low power rocket launches, these do wear out over time or are damaged due to abuse. Rocketry Works' has seen over 100 launches on blast deflector standoffs! This replacement launch rod mount comes in three sizes of launch rod, with 2 different blast deflector thicknesses:
- 1/8 inch launch rod stand off for 1/64 inch Estes blast deflectors and 1/32 inch Rocketry Works Blast Deflector (red)
- 1/8 inch launch rod stand off for 1/16 inch Rocketry Works Blast Deflector (red)
- 3/16 inch launch rod stand off for 1/64 inch Estes blast deflectors and 1/32 inch Rocketry Works Blast Deflector (orange)
- 3/16 inch launch rod stand off for 1/16 inch Rocketry Works Blast Deflector (orange)
- 1/4 inch launch rod stand off for 1/64 inch Estes blast deflectors and 1/32 inch Rocketry Works Blast Deflector (yellow)

Perfect Replacement
My Estes rocket didn’t come with a deflector stand off and Rocketry Works came up in the search results when I searched for the part. I bought one in each size to make sure I’d have the right size. The size indicated for Estes deflector plates is indeed the right size. It worked perfectly! No problems at all!
